WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you submit a project through our quote request survey, we collect your name, email address and phone number; details about your business and number of locations; information about your project, including signage type, budget range, timing and decision-making stage; and your choices about service-related contact and optional marketing communications.
WHY WE COLLECT AND USE IT
We use this information to assess your request, match your project with suitable signage suppliers, allow those suppliers to contact you directly with quotes, send service-related updates about your enquiry, improve our matching service and send marketing communications only where you have opted in.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
To obtain quotes, we share your name, contact details and project information with a small number—typically 2 to 5—of independent signage suppliers whose services match your project criteria. Those suppliers may contact you directly. We may also use service providers that help us host the website, manage enquiries and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records. We periodically review and delete or de-identify information that is no longer required.
SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online system is completely secure, but we review our safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for legitimate business purposes.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
With your consent, we may send marketing communications by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using an opt-out method provided in the message or by contacting us.
